Wordlok is a weekly word puzzle building contest similar to crossword puzzles and Scrabble. The goal is to fill letters into a puzzle grid to form interlocked words across and down like crosswords with scoring similar to Scrabble. The starting grid layout is different for each contest and players with the highest scores win cash prizes!

It's your choice to decide where and how many black spaces should be used to form grid layouts like a crossword puzzle. Black spaces are worth zero points, so you don't want to use too many. But you do need to place enough black spaces to make the puzzle solvable, and this is a key part of winning.
